Via 66th St heading south turn right(north turn left) onto 28 ave, you will pass a large bus stop and a set of lights, turn right onto 79 st then turn right again into parking lot. first stalls on your right are visitor parking marked V1-9 i believe. i am at the very end on right side(2nd floor).
